✅ What's Covered (10 Years)
This warranty covers defects in:

• Structural components (chair frame, mechanisms)

• Functional parts (gas lift, base, casters)

• Materials and workmanship under normal use

❌ What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scratches)

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper assembly

• Modifications by unauthorized parties

• Commercial or non-standard use

🔧 How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us at support@omidifurniture.com

2. Provide your proof of purchase + photos/video of the issue

3. We'll respond within 24 hours to troubleshoot or arrange service

Resolution may include repair, part replacement, or product replacement at our discretion.
