To protect your rights, Omidi offers a clear Limited Warranty for every product. This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or office use.

1. Warranty Coverage

From the date your product is purchased and successfully delivered, Omidi provides warranty coverage for quality issues caused by defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship.
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Omidi will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
  • Free replacement of defective parts;
  • Repair or replacement of the product;
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund or an equivalent replacement after review.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or electronic invoice).

2-Year Warranty:
  • Zeus (M7, Loveseat / 3-Seater)

The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product. Please keep your order information for verification.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear (such as fabric wear, minor wrinkles, or natural color aging);
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents;
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or maintenance guidelines;
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use of non-original parts;
  • Shipping damage caused by the carrier (please inspect your package upon delivery);
  • Products not purchased through Omidi official channels or purchased from third-party platforms (please contact the original seller for assistance).

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Omidi account and locate your order;
  2. Visit our Contact Us / Warranty Support page;
  3. Submit the following information:
    1. Order number or proof of purchase
    2. Product name and model
    3. Detailed description of the issue
    4. Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our customer service team will contact you within 1–3 business days after receiving complete information.

5. Repair, Replacement & Refund Process

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide free replacement parts or arrange a product replacement;
  • If the product cannot be repaired and the same model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a refund;
  • You may request a return within 60 calendar days from the date you receive the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).

6. Extended Warranty Program

You may receive an additional 6 months of free extended warranty by completing the following steps:
  1. Take a photo or video of your Omidi product;
  2. Post it on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, or TikTok with the hashtag #Omidi;
  3. Set the post to public and copy the link;
  4. Submit your information through our Extended Warranty form.
Once approved, the extended warranty will be activated automatically.

7. Additional Terms

  • This is a Limited Warranty and does not affect any legal rights granted to you by applicable law;
  • Consumer protection laws vary by state or country, and some limitations may not apply to you;
  • Omidi reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
